You will need a wide-format printer to produce all the designs in our program. If you do only want to print the long skinny prints, you can use any standard size photo printer for those, but you would be really limiting your selections.

Our exclusive  recommendation HAD been the Epson Artisan 1430 for its overall affordability and amazing quality, however it has been discontinued. It is still available mostly through resale sights like Ebay and it wins because there are many third party ink manufacturers that  make printing more affordable.  It originally retailed for $349. $1.00 equals 1 credit. Image cost varies, but most designs in a collection are offered at one great flat rate. There will be special promotions offered periodically discounting certain designs or collections. Also any non-sports licensed products can be sold in a package at special monthly rates. Call for more details.

Our supplies ship from Chicago, IL. We request that you allow up to 5 days for processing, plus transit via ground or freight from Chicago but you typically get your supplies much faster. Credits are loaded immediately through our website.

There are no minimums for reorders except for frames that come 6 per box. Ala Carte credits are sold in bundles of $25 and can always be ordered separately from any supplies. We also offer discount monthly plans that offer larger quantities of downloads for volume users, promotions or fundraising at great savings.

Samples are always free. You can either download from a library of beautiful pre-made designs or create your own samples. When you are logged in to our ordering portal, simply choose your design and then type the words - YOUR NAME - into any personalized field on the design. The program knows not to charge your for the sample. If you want a special sample that doesn't fit the YOUR NAME rule, (like a sample with your company name) simply create them on your free starter days or contact us.

Our system is very intuitive - simply choose a design and fill in the blanks -  and requires little training, but we are constantly adding training documents, videos and offer personal training for your staff via web video conference. Even before your supplies arrive you will have access to the site to try it out for yourself. You can download free samples to practice, create and save designs to be printed later. Our program is all on the internet. You don't have anything to install or upgrade. There are no program or new design fees. When you join us, tell us what email address you would like to use for your username and include at least a 6 character password.

You log into our site, and pay for what you use and create any design with our simple fill-in-the-blanks templates.

At any point during the creation process simply click the CREATE PRINT button and once you see the yellow spinning wheel under RENDERING IMAGE that design is saved in your order history for retrieval at any future time at no cost to you.

Most designs are a flat rate that will be disclosed to you when you contact us. Some licensed designs carry a premium. We frequently offer discounts and promotional pricing throughout the year on specific designs or collections. We will communicate these sales to you with the email address you use provide that is your username.

Our great program allows you to simply buy frames and paper and then pay for the designs once you sell them.

Once you click CREATE IMAGE and the spinning yellow wheel stops, you will see a final preview of what you created and then ONLY when you click on the yellow link - CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD IMAGE, the file download initiates and you are actually responsible to pay for the image created. The appropriate number of credits will be debited instantly upon downloading the design. We also offer flat rate monthly fees that cover all your non-licensed sports downloads.

Click on ORDER HISTORY and next to each design it will say either UNPAID (items you saved and can access later) or CLICK HERE TO RE-DOWNLOAD. If it gives you the option to download again, you are responsible for the charge. You can access and re-download any previously paid items here at no additional charge.

The idea is one design per customer, but that customer can buy multiples of their own unique design. Since all designs have personalized elements, we allow you to print multiple copies of those designs at no extra charge. This can be a great way to encourage multiple sales to those customers.Are your customers raving about you on social media? Share their great stories to help turn potential customers into loyal ones.

All designs are to be PERSONALIZED and include a unique name or other element that make it exclusive to a customer. You cannot create generic prints (like letter art with the words FAMILY or MOTHER, or state prints with just a town name) without additional personalized information, with the intention to create a master image and sell copies to multiple customers. If you have a need for a generic design, please contact us for pricing.

Due to restriction from the license holders, you cannot ever print duplicates of licensed sports designs.

All letter art designs allow for personal photos as well as many other predesignated designs like our portrait and collage designs. Keep in mind that you need photos produced at high quality resolution for best results.

In a future upgrade we hope to offer the addition of logos or high school mascots on-demand, but currently we would need to manually add those for you. Contact us and we can help create what you need.
